Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing. It is not a substitute for traditional medical treatment and it is not just for the ill or injured.

Reiki can help to maintain and enhance health and is beneficial at four levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.  It can be used for stress relief and for relaxation.

Reiki is a form of preventative maintenance.  Often we are not aware that disease has been developing until we experience clinical symptoms. Reiki involves the placement of the practitioners hands on the fully clothed client, and is conducted with respect for body privacy. The length of a full session may vary but generally takes about forty-five minutes to an hour.

When combined with Integrated Energy Therapy negative emotions are removed and positive emotions replace them.  Color Therapy that  helps to balance chakras when added to a Reiki/IET session provides total body and emotional balance in one session.
